Our training curriculum consists of lessons and activities that span the complete innovation process. Our onboarding program integrates personality science to decode the motivations and preferences of every innovator. This combination of training and assessment ensures we get the right people working on the right things at the right time, while preparing them for long careers in the field of innovation — both here and beyond.
