Fahrenheit 212 joining forces with frog

June 2021

When we founded Fahrenheit 212 twenty years ago, we saw an urgent emerging need slicing across companies big and small – to transform innovation from a game of random hits and misses, to a radically more impactful growth engine.

On that journey, we’ve been powered along by the mantra on the wall of our New York studio: Make things better. Make better things. Today we aim that mantra at ourselves, taking an exciting step to make ourselves better.

The welcoming of frog into our parent organization, Capgemini Invent, presents the extraordinary opportunity for Fahrenheit 212 and frog to join forces, coming together to create the most potent innovation practice on earth.

Within frog, the Fahrenheit 212 team becomes the backbone of a growth strategy and innovation practice combining over 125 Fahrenheiters and 50 frog strategists, with studios across the world, shared values, and a mutual belief in the power of Money & Magic.

Frog’s other practice groups in design, technology, data, content and venturing make the full combined team 1000 strong, with 9 studios across North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia.

So what does this mean?

For our amazing staff, it means more tools to play with, a bigger tribe of like-minded collaborators to inspire one another in our pursuit of big, tangible outcomes, and a broader global footprint for professional and personal growth.

For Fahrenheit clients, it means greater geographic reach, and access to capabilities we previously lacked at scale in high value areas like building out digital and physical products, industrial design, data, technology, content, and venturing.

For frog clients, this unleashes a deeper strategic capability to serve the needs of the C-suite, shape visionary growth strategies, and make that growth real through inspiring, high impact innovations.

Frog’s 50-year legacy of iconic design and leading edge technology – from its seminal collaborations with Steve Jobs at Apple to Disney’s transformational Magic Band – more than speaks for itself.

We see this next leap as the successful culmination of what so many other strategy firms and design firms have struggled to make work: the convergence of high order strategy and visionary creativity at scale.

A better way to make things better, and make better things.
