TODD ROVAK
A Partner and the Practice Lead of Fahrenheit 212’s Commercial Strategy group, Todd specializes in solving unique strategic challenges within complex industries. He currently advises private equity, investment management, technology, payments, utility, media, consumer electronics and large retail clients.
Todd also leads Fahrenheit 212’s Investment Advisory practice, focused on creating predictable, targeted revenue growth for investors’ portfolio companies throughout the investment life cycle.
As Practice Lead, Todd works to develop the institutional theory and training capabilities of Fahrenheit 212’s Commercial Strategy practice, advancing and refining F212’s core ability to unlock creative strategies and transformational businesses with speed and precision.
After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania summa cum laude and a Ben Franklin Scholar, Todd joined Goldman Sachs & Co. in a strategy and business development role. He then obtained his MBA from Harvard Business School before holding a strategy position with real estate private equity firm Tishman Speyer.
As a student and developer of creative business strategies, Todd has led innovation projects across industries both cutting-edge and conventional. Throughout, he has obsessively focused on solutions that can create “wins” for multiple stakeholders, whether developing outpatient healthcare models or master-planning a new 90-acre community in Beijing.
Todd enjoys SCUBA diving, running, and anything even tangentially related to hisbeloved hometown of St. Louis, Missouri. In contrast to his misleadingly serious facial expressions, Todd’s writing takes an entirely different tone; a sketch comedy show he wrote was recently selected and performed at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in New York.
