RONY ZIBARA

As one of the original partners and Practice Lead for Idea Development, Rony Zibara has the luxury of meeting the greatest talent on earth, to carefully curate, nurture and inspire a unique mix of Inventors and Designers that make up Fahrenheit 212’s creative brain trust.
Rony embodies cultural fusion. Born in Beirut, raised in Canada and nurtured by France, Rony is not only trilingual, but also able to conceive and express ideas with an empathic, global perspective drawn from firsthand experience. As a creative strategist he transforms his passion for understanding consumer behavior, market forces and social movements into provocative new products, services and experiences. As an industry veteran in innovation, he’s especially attuned to developing ideas that emotionally connect with target audiences. He finds that his past studies of architecture help inform how he frames and answers project challenges.
He enjoys Fahrenheit 212’s diverse assignments and finds that the firm’s Money & Magic approach works equally well across categories. A true polymath, Rony has created innovations for CPG, technology, financial services, hospitality, luxury and entertainment companies.
Previously, with a longstanding career as a Creative Director in branding, Rony launched a grass-roots innovation discipline at Pedersen Gesk, a boutique-branding firm, working with such companies as Starbucks, The Coca-Cola Company, and Beam launching such products as Jim Beam Black. The company ultimately merged with FutureBrand where Rony served as Executive Creative Director of North America focusing on the Innovation practice. His clients included Aflac, Unilever, Wendy’s, Coca-Cola, Musicland, Diageo and General Mills.
Prior to working agency-side, Rony was Creative Director for Loblaws, the revolutionary Canadian retailer. There he launched hundreds of products and helped develop President’s Choice ¬– including its award-winning identity. President’s Choice remains the gold standard for private-label brands in North America.
