JON CRAWFORD-PHILLIPS

Jon is a Partner and founding member of Fahrenheit 212 and focuses in two key areas.
As an Engagement Director in the company’s Commercial Strategy team, he leads the definition of innovation strategies and new products and businesses across a wide-range of categories. He has recently led innovation projects for clients such as Hillshire Brands, Hershey’s, Procter & Gamble, adidas, Clorox, Samsung, Coca-Cola, Campbell’s Soup, PepsiCo, Starbucks and Wool Research New Zealand.
As Chief Operating Officer, Jon is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s strategic operations, including process definition and product development.
Prior to joining Fahrenheit 212, Jon worked for Fletcher Advisory, the London-based consultancy division of Forrester Research. There he advised senior management on new media trends and strategy, working with clients such as Reuters, McKinsey & Co. and Amazon.com. Jon also co-authored an index on the financial stability of European Internet companies, commissioned by PwC.
Jon left the UK in 2000 to work with Geoff Vuleta at Saatchi & Saatchi’s global strategy group in New Zealand, where he worked both on corporate strategy and for key clients such as Procter & Gamble, Guinness and Telecom New Zealand.
Jon has a Masters degree in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Oxford. His interests in applied creativity are diverse, including authoring the foreword for Best Ugly (an architectural design book recently published by Harper Collins) and writing a column for Imprint (Print Magazine’s online design blog).
