It’s remarkably simple. We put up to two thirds of our fees at risk, subject to hitting agreed commercial milestones on the initiative we’re engaged to catalyze.

By making success outcome-based, it forces us to obsess over the big, the fast and the doable – making size-of-prize, technical feasibility, commercial potential and strategic fit our religion.
And it means that unlike nearly every other consultant in the world, we have a built in motivation to get the program to the finish line, rather than dragging it out to keep the meter running.
