Fahrenheit 212 are one of the most inspiring outfits around. Their philosophy of employing, often ignored, commercial insight along with consumer insight is the key to finding the sweet spot where Money & Magic (their motto) lives.
Geoff Veluta, the driving force behind Fahrenheit 212 said in an interview with Fastcompany, “Having an idea without knowing how it makes money is as valueless as knowing where growth lies without the idea”.
Looking for synergy between market opportunities and their clients’ internal potential, their projects are meant to unlock $100 million of top line revenue for their clients!
Innovative in their own business model, they put the bulk of their earnings on the line, dependent on their projects achieving revenue targets based on top line earnings, which they say offer a much better trigger for revenue share than bottom line targets, which depends so much on how the client runs its business. Sales are almost a raw function of the market, I guess.
