Partner, Business Director

As a Partner at innovation consultancy Fahrenheit 212, Pete is instrumental in development, evolution and actualization of his clients’ innovation efforts. Since joining Fahrenheit 212, Pete has led a raft of innovation projects in the alcohol, technology, FMCG, software, beauty, financial services and hospitality categories. Additionally, he has been responsible for spearheading the advancement of Fahrenheit 212’s only equity partnership: AlphaMom.com. Specifically, he has co-managed all aspects of the business with Isabel Kallman, founding CEO. Efforts have included the development of the business plan and growth strategy, execution of an initial round of financing with seed-stage Venture Capitalists and angel investors, establishment of strategic partnerships and management of the site re-launch.

Prior to Fahrenheit 212, Pete spent 12 years working to find a way to demonstrate the transformative power of creativity on business. His first 7 years were devoted to advertising with Leo Burnett and Fallon. Not satisfied with the ancillary role of making ads, Pete left to help launch a brand strategy consultancy devoted to applying creativity to fundamental business problems. In the next five years, Pete served as Director Of Business Development and helped build the practice into a mature concern addressing mission-critical issues for clients including Gulfstream Aerospace, TIME, SEGA, LVMH, Donna Karan, Ask.com, ESPN, Archipelago and Saks Fifth Avenue.

Beyond work, Pete has spoken on the power of bringing creativity to business at Pace University, American Marketing Association’s Quarterly Meetings, The Art Director’s Club of New York, and Fordham Business School. He holds an undergraduate degree from Harvard and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
