Executive Creative Director

Having co-founded innovation consultant Fahrenheit 212, Mark Payne is the company’s President and Head of Innovation, a role in which he leads the idea development journey.

Mark draws on over twenty years’ experience in the creation of new businesses, new brands and new products, a global perspective born of having lived and worked across Asia-Pacific, Europe and North America, and a skill set fusing strategic commercial discipline and creative abandon.

Mark’s restless pursuit of a better model for developing new businesses and spurring top line growth has shaped Fahrenheit’s unique Idea-led approach to innovation, and uncovered potent new insights into how ideas interact with the human mind – both on the street and in the boardroom.

Companies Mark has partnered with in the pursuit and practice of disruptive innovation include Procter & Gamble, The Coca-Cola Company, Citibank, Nabisco, Starbucks, Gucci Group, Diageo, Capital One, NBC, Hershey’s, Samsung, Nestle and General Mills.

Mark holds a B.A. Cum Laude in Economics and Psychology from Middlebury College and the London School of Economics.

He lives in Woodstock, New York with his wife Elizabeth and son Jacob.
