Harry Smail

Harry was initially rather embarrassed that his Bio was shorter than others on this site. He now prefers to think that his workmates took a while to work out what they wanted to do.
Straight after graduating from Oxford University with a MA (Hons) in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, Harry moved to New Zealand to work with Geoff Vuleta, then CEO at Saatchi & Saatchi New Zealand.

Since then he has spent seven years working in the Innovation arena, first at S&S and then as a founding member and Partner of Fahrenheit 212.

He has broad experience in developing and launching new products in the Health and Beauty, Pet, Textile, Food and Beverage, Household Goods, Alcohol, Luxury Goods and Software categories. He has a run multi-national teams across Australasia, Asia, Europe and the United States.
Harry has particular interest in innovation strategy, acquisition assessment and the development of innovation best practice.
